All Sales Final
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and original nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if we made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong item or shipping a piece that arrived damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at artbytadamo06@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We will not be able to offer an exchange if the damage is reported after 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom orders, commissioned pieces, and murals are final sale and not eligible for exchange under any circumstances, as each piece is made specifically for the buyer.
Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back the original item. A replacement will only be sent once the original piece has been returned to us. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All approved exchanges will be resolved by replacing the original item with a corrected or undamaged piece.
