Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Custom orders and murals may require additional time depending on the scope of the project. You will be notified of any expected delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location but typically take 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee for customers who need their order sooner.
International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or you believe your package is lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at artbytadamo06@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at artbytadamo06@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
Murals and Custom Commissions
Murals and custom commissioned pieces are not shipped through standard carriers. Timeline, delivery, and installation details for these projects will be discussed directly with Antonio during the booking process.
